But I must admit to you that there is a story behind this story-telling episode of Emma Tiebens at The LaNelle Connection. You see, with our ALIGNMENT and SYNERGY which we have developed for two (2) years, we believe that things happen for a reason- especially when we are filming this episode. Because just as we spontaneously recorded our conversation, a major technical glitch happened with the original video file. We lost it when we were uploading it to Emma’s Mac!!!

We both didn’t give up though….so left with the challenge of how I can still show what we’ve come up with, I decided to turn a one-sided back up video file into a very creative film which mostly just focused on our VOICES, and with Emma still shown at an angle in the video, retaining the same rich content (you don’t see my part here because I was shown only in the original video file that was lost in a glitch ). Thank goodness for Emma, she being aware of what happened, generously gave me permission to add relevant materials into it to create a film from a mere one-sided back up video, turning The LaNelle Connection Show in an entirely new format … With this, I am privileged to demonstrate how TheLaNelleConnection.com can CONVERT PASSION TO POSSIBILITIES. FALL 2011 EPISODE: “FALL” IN LOVE WITH SUCCESS AND TRANSFORMATIONAL MENTORS

I am amazed by her passion for helping women live their best lives through the Women Information Network’s Global Womens Summits, where we both share common interests in dedicating our time and talents, along with Ms. Paula Fellingham, Founder and CEO of The WIN, and other great women leaders in the world!

Part 1 :

I am truly personally blessed with her gift of “WOW” speaking (with-out-walls) particularly in this “uncut” version of her interview. Lynn really makes me feel at ease, set aside her celebrity speaker hat, and carefully manifests her gifts with spontaneity while going with the flow of a not-so-perfect interview turning it into one juicy conversation with me! Little did we know that the beautiful and very talented LYNN ROSE once served an NGO program called the Healing Bridges for Sudan, Africa at the fiercest times of the civil war in that country in the early to mid 2000′s where she helped a refugee to the U.S. to go back to her home country for the first time after several years, raised funds for the mission, and did humanitarian works to bring the “forgotten refugees” their best lives ever at that time. An undying legacy that Lynn Rose has forever gifted our beloved African brothers and sisters, from which she re-gained her strength in her own journey. Her own transformation from such an experience allowed her to be even more authentic in her mission and vision as she continuously manifests that “being in the moment” along with other women leaders in the industry.

For FALL 2011, our episodes’ theme is : ” FALL- In Love with Success and Transformational Mentors” which will feature celebrity speakers and life/business coaches who will make you laugh, think, cry, frown or giggle, but most of all, take you to your awareness of success and transformation as The LaNelle Connection puts them on-cam as if they are only having a coffee break chat with YOU. Episode 1 here has A TOTAL OF FIVE (5) SHORT VIDEO CLIPS showcasing my TRANSFORMATION through Emma Tieben’s mentorship, hoping that from here, you’re getting a clue of what to expect in the next episodes.

For over ten (10) months as of today, I have been hosting The LaNelle Connection (TLNC) show, a virtual reality talk show here at the LaNelle SyNergyTV, a V-log (video blog) site, featuring my so-called “icons of passion”. I feature conversationalepisodes regularly with varying themes in a manner rich with inspirational and informational content for your viewing pleasure. For many of you who have not seen my beginnings as a video show host, let me show you how I first started in August 2010 when I met my mentor, Emma Tiebens, www.therelationalmerketer.com, for the first time at the Empowering Business Entrepreneurs Elite- Live! or the EBE hosted by Alicia Bausley and Lisa Hanfileti.

You can see the amateur in me while I did this for the very first time, but what was important then was my determination to start somewhere with my passion-driven Dream ! This is my “historical” video done in Oct. 2010….my very first EVER video film done- featuring Emma Tiebens, The Relational Marketer mentor, and Dr. Julie Thong, Phd, the Happy Healthy Holistic Heart healer, which was at that time, her very first meeting with Emma, never had her own online branding yet. So it was through my match-making, at that time when “The LaNelle Connection” was just a name or a title of something which I wasn’t clear of yet of what I want with it, had I beencertain that I love to connect and match people, ( e.g., mentor-mentee, as in the case of Emma and Julie here).

Facing challenges on how to use the video tools properly, I, decided to take Emma Tiebens invitation to go take her beginner’s video tutorials and it was easy as learning A-B-C with her. She makes it really clear and simple in her videos, so here is the introductory part to that where I really, really got encouraged and developed the determination that I am going to learn to do it if I want to pursue my dreams of having my own ” tv show “, even via the internet! It took me six (6) weeks to learn her simple video tutorial, and on the 60th day, I uploaded and edited the above video to youtube managing to put only it’s title ! Yaaayyy! that was a breakthrough! I didn’t know how to put annotations nor fix the poor resolution and the audio  But that was okay! I still got it done!

After being inspired by her tutorials, I decided to attend Emma’s first live event in December 2010 – The Relational Marketing Secrets in Los Angeles and there I learned in a weekend, how her program especially her 5 Paths to Profit can lead you to what she calls V-isibility, I-nfluence and P-rofitability.

At the end of the said event, it was like MAGIC that my friends Maria Monica (aka Moxi) Severo who runs her ixomsoft.tv online, also a form of social media just like youtube, featuring all sorts of people’s channels who want to showcase their video shows was there with me. And, there was Philipp Harth, too, an actor and video film maker/editor from Germany, who incidentally joined us to immediately film my first four (4) interviews, and the original video trailer video below went on air by New Years eve 2011, which we, of course called, The LaNelle Connection show,

And oh yes, this was how I started, an inexperienced video show host, without any formal training, not used to the bright lights, losing my lines as I was interviewing my guests… but I knew I had the passion and the drive…My only dream was to give way to my so-called “icons of passion, give them an opportunity to tell their true stories on-air, when nobody else won’t, but me… so that they can INSPIRE and EMPOWERthe world!

Within the ten (10) month period, I took webinars and video mastery workshop, learned basic home video editing and procured my home video equipment/ accessories, and so I was able to capture and film significant events’ scenes, including some celebrity speakers/authors/artists and publish them on social media, with the main goal of increasing awareness of people about the programs on self or business growth that are available to them, serving both as an INSPIRATION and as MARKETING tools.

Here’s one (1) of the latest video footages I took at the Global Women’s Summit in Los Angeles, CA on Oct. 28-30, 2011 where I had the opportunity to be invited and participate in their agenda together with over 100 global women leaders in 152 countries / 1,000 cities worldwide.

Video 4 :

This is an excerpt of an entertainment video where former celebrity singer, Virgil Gibson, who sings original songs of The Platters, is shown performing. He was originally the lead singer of the epic song group. Mr. Gibson has produced his own gospel DVD called “Prayers Have Wings” , spreads his message to the world by way of his songs. My video shows him singing to Ms. Paula Fellingham, the Women’s Information Network’s Founder and CEO during the 2011 Global Women’s Summit where I was personally invited to attend.

Slowly, but surely, and thanks to Ms. Emma Tiebens for her unceasing support and encouragement, I am able to get clear with my mission at The LaNelle Connection,i.e., Converting Your Passion To Possibilities and Profits, pursuing consistent collaboration with industry leaders using the power of my video interviews to leverage the use of social media and events production to accelerate entrepreneurs’ access to profitable ventures.

Remember, when you put up YOUR Intention, consistenly Ask for and Claim Your Dream, you ATTRACT EVERYTHING that makes your Dream a Reality, for as long as you are authentically passionate when pursuing your ACTIONS!

It’s not too often that I bump into a person who has the gift of healing. Wilson Cu, who happens to be a manager of a Bankcard branch office in the San Gabriel Valley area, is one of the very few friends I’ve personally met,  who does it with PASSION.  And guess what, aside from combining the eastern and western healing techniques, with the help of licensed master mentors, he is also able to blend a good amount of laughter to imbibe joy and happiness among his clientele. What a superb combination! Oh my, Summer has just gone by … it’s still burning hot here in the west coast though, so let’s proceed with our summer features, this time from a Man with healing hands !! This video was taken in the beautiful Marina del Rey, still in southern California,  along the marina shores where speed boats, yachts and bikes parade around the sea wall …as we comfortably sit by the pool enjoying the garden scent of   luscious, green landscape while the sun generously hides beneath the white clouds of indigo blue skies !  Imagine the breeze of fresh air touching our cheeks as we do this lively conversation outdoors..ahhh…nature at its Best!!!!

Oh yes, our Summer Filled with Entertainment in Inspiration is in its 2nd episode…and there are more to come. Here, we are featuring a 23-year old dental assistant who has an inspiring inborn talent for singing and creativity, that her friends and family love so well.  She has adored singing upon friends’ requests, post them on youtube and Facebook, and share her gifts in such a generous way …spreading the sunshine ….giving  joy to others….and selfless!

She holds the dream of becoming the next American Idol…now, she’s dreaming BIG. And that’s the way to do it !!! Interestingly enough, she also developed  her passion for photography as her soulful expression for her creativity…in fact, the slideshows that we used in our videos here were all taken from her private photo gallery…what a perfect combination from a young lady as Kristina. I am so proud of her, and I’m sure her parents ARE,  too !  I must congratulate them in advance for having a daughter like Kristina. I am hearing a “bell”  in her name….one day, she would RISE to become your next American Idol…and I will certainly support her. Wouldn’t you? Remember her name…KRISTINA ROXAS- your next AMERICAN IDOL…. I’m excited!!!!

In our first summer episode we showcased recording a video conferencing technology, and this time, we are showing you how to record  a video conversation using ahome PC webcam .  There are of course, resolution issues on the images, but the whole point of us showing them here is :  that you can easily upload them on youtube so you can attach them in your Vlog – or video blogs, or even send them by e-mail to your friends and family. How fun, isn’t it?  Just sharing to you some techniques especially if you cannot do outdoor video shoots yet or you don’t have an expensive equipment to video shoot. What matters is we are able to get the  TRUE stories with AUTHENTIC messages across…it doesn’t have to be all that pretty!!! Hope you love  what we’ve been featuring for you in spite of technology challenges !

Welcome to my Vlog  ( for video blog) – our first edition of  Summer Filled w/Entertainment in Inspiration !!!

Summer is still steaming hot- make it cool, by watching this video interview done while in the comfort of my home studio  in Los Angeles, CA via video conference with mom and daughter of Houston, TX.

As promised, The LaNelle Connection will feature personalities from all walks of life to fill your summer with truly entertaining stories of inspiration. Technology made this amazing interview happen for both Karen Catangay, and her  8-year old daughter, Kiana, a lovely girl who happens to love commercial modelling  just like her mom does! We have succeeded recording a remote interview via  video conferencing technology…a great way to get our inspirational messages across the globe using the power of internet!

For our moms and kids out there, observe how these two lovely pair fill each other’s passion with loving support to one other…Love really makes anything possible! Love of a mother to a child…and the child to her mom. Beautiful !
